Can I switch models mid-engagement?
Yes. Many clients start with a project, then move to a retainer or embedded team as their needs grow. We make the transition simple, with no penalty for changing how you work with us.
What happens to source files and ownership?
Everything we produce is yours. Source files, design assets, code repositories, and documentation are handed over at completion, and on retainers you have ongoing access throughout. There is no lock-in to our tools or platforms.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. Project work is scoped to the deliverable. Retainers run month to month and can be paused or cancelled with 30 days notice. Embedded teams scale up or down with two weeks notice.
How fast can we start?
Most engagements kick off within five business days of approval, and often sooner for smaller scopes. After a quick discovery call and an agreed proposal, we assign your team and get moving.
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. We are happy to sign your NDA before any detail is shared, or provide ours. Confidentiality and data protection are standard across every engagement model.
